I can’t rave enough about my recent experience at this jeweler! I went in to have my engagement ring resized, and I was blown away by the level of service. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and even offered suggestions on enhancing the ring for a more comfortable fit. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. The turnaround time for the resizing was only a couple of days, which was impressive! When I picked it up, it looked stunning, and I could hardly tell it had been altered. The price was very reasonable for the quality of craftsmanship. Additionally, I browsed a bit while waiting and discovered a wide variety of unique pieces that I couldn’t help but admire. My only suggestion would be to perhaps have a few more seating options for customers waiting for their turn, especially during busy hours. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’m already planning my next visit to browse for a special gift for my mom’s birthday. This place is now my go-to spot for all things jewelry!

Ultimately, I found a band that perfectly matched my vision and my budget. The whole experience was seamless, but I would have liked to see a little more information available on the materials used in each piece, as I’m quite particular about sustainability.
